General Delivery Information

We deliver to all Australian addresses, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post

• Orders can take between 1-3 business days to be dispatched.
• Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or Victorian AU public holidays.
• You will receive an email on the day your order has been dispatched.
• All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Victoria Australia

You will receive tracking information from Australia Post once you complete your order and it is dispatched.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver.

Alternatively, a card will be left at your address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product.

Your product will then be available to be collected at your local post office.
